Hotel Alexander is only 200 metres from the beach in Noordwijk aan Zee. It includes free WiFi and the Alexander Beach Club with a panoramic sea-view terrace. Check in was amazing. Anne (pronounced Ann-ah) was very nice and welcoming. She noticed an oversight in my reservation and made the correction without having to be asked. Had a wonderful room with a great view. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were efficient.

It was very private, clean & the staff was exceptional! Breakfast became a favorite for us, various breads, jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, boiled egg, butter, meat & cheese. The little town was lovely and easy to navigate - all rooms had AC, dinner one night at the steakhouse was very good- we had wedding plans the rest of the time, or we would have gone every night.

The rooms are beautifully and individually designed and offer everything you could wish for. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, what really made the stay unforgettable was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. She was always on hand to offer help and advice and make our stay as pleasant as possible. We can recommend this hotel without restriction and will definitely be back. Many thanks to the owner and the team for an unforgettable stay!

Bathroom - good shower, good lighting, fluffy and good quality towels. Kitchen - everything that is needed and then some, coffee machine was putting a smile onto our faces in the morning. Entertainment - 2 tvs, Netflix, many language tv stations. Privacy - second to none.

Chickens and sheep in the garden! The house itself at first glance seems somewhat out of the way, but in fact the location is excellent for daytrips by car to any of the cities and attractions in the area. Keukenhof 10 minutes, Den Haag 40 minutes, Amsterdam 45 minutes, just ideal. The house is lovely, spacious, bright and airy. One bedroom plus toilet and shower on ground floor, 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The kitchen is well-equipped. Paulette and her partner are wonderful hosts--friendly, kind, and communicative. Highly recommend this stay.

I would really recommend this Bed and Breakfast. The room is very nice, new, clean and spacious (we had the one without the balcony, but you can still sit outside). The breakfast was great and the owner is also very nice. It’s also in walking distance of the beach (40 mins), but of course you can also rent a bike in Noordwijk or take your car. You can park that very well and even charge it in front of the B&B.
