This was one of the absolutely best finds on Nilaweli stretch. The rooms were huge and spotlessly clean. The meals, especially the local food, were amazing. And all the staff were helpful, warm and always there to make our stay more comfortable.

Clean, calm, comfortable room with big clean open air bathroom. Its the best place in Trincomalee - truely comfort and relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, tea pot in room, beautiful garden sitting area - all was perfect. Friendly staff. Also good location - 5 min walk to beach, and a lot of good cafes and resturants around. We stayed here for 2 nights and then try to go to other place, but we return to stay one more night because its most comfortable place.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

Jeya has been a great host. I really enjoyed my little chats with him. The restaurant offers great meals. His staff members, especially Justin, were super attentive and took good care of us. The garden is huge and well looked after.

Staff were really friendly and gave us a lot of information on places to visit.

It quickly became our peaceful little haven after a day in the sun. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts—Suman, Mallika, and their family. They greeted us even during our early arrival, having our room already prepared . Mallika’s home‑cooked Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat—delicious, generous, and served with heartfelt kindness . The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming—complete with friendly cats, chickens wandering through the garden, and a homely ambience that truly made us feel “at home” . They went above and beyond by helping arrange tuk‑tuks, and transfers, you name it—with helpful, local insider knowledge .
