Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Lankavatara Ocean Retreat is located in Kalametiya, 15 km from Tangalle Lagoon. We went to 7 hotels in sri lanka and this hotel was the best . Big spacious room . Great food.

Good Karma Hotel is located on Rekawa Beach in Tangalle, offering an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Free parking and a 24-hour front desk are available. Great location, the beach was great for swimming which was practically private. Room was spacious and light filled, good aircon. Breakfast great and dinner on the beach was a good touch. Wifi is strong. Staff were great and helped us organise tuktuks and taxis.

After traveling Sri Lanka for 3 weeks, this has absolutely been the best place we’ve stayed at. Everything is well thought of: the welcome, the privacy and interior of the cabanas, the beautiful garden with 2 pools. Breakfast is plenty! Good social aspect too, since they get the breakky and kayaks from local families who are lesser fortunate. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet place to chill out, this is definitely it!

First of all, the spacious cottage we stayed in was kept in immaculate condition! Everything in the room felt clean and fresh. The bathroom and shower are super comfy too. This place has the best water pressure (including hot water) we've had in three weeks Sri Lanka! It's located in a beautiful garden where you can see all kinds of animals. Secondly, Sandhu was a great host. He's a very polite and professional young man who clearly understands what guests want. He took good care of everything and was always available but also gave us enough privacy. Absolutely recommended!

The hosts went out of their way to care for me, welcoming me with a fresh smoothie and continuing to shower me with fresh fruit and snacks during my stay. Delicious food clearly made with love. The accommodations are clean and comfortable- AC room with fan, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, etc. the highlight of my stay however was definitely the exceptional service and treatment from the hosts. Highly recommend booking here for a homey stay a stone’s throw from the beautiful Tangalle beach!
