The staff was excellent, the apartment was very, very clean. I had quite a number of encounters with the staff and they were so wonderful! The location was amazing! The bed was very comfortable.

The property is beautiful, in a fantastic location and immaculately clean, with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic and full of locally sourced produce. The best part of the whole stay though was the hosts, you are made to feel so welcome, almost like part of the family, especially by Bruno the dog!

Wonderfully clean. Everything in the interior design looked very well thought out. Extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented. There were plenty of options to choose from. It felt much better compared to a buffet breakfast, which I believe generates much more waste. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! If I ever return to Cervia, I will definitely come back to this hotel.
