We stayed here one night while driving through Italy. The hostess was quite gracious. This facility was new. The room was clean, comfortable, quite, and had a great view. We definitely felt like we were not in a tourist trap. Breakfast was exceptional! More than a typical European continental breakfast. The Italian mountain villa ambience was wonderful. Nearby restaurant choices seemed plentiful and the one we chose was excellent; true local Italian restaurant (Santa Lucia).

The bathroom was nice and there was a coffee maker with lots of options for coffee and tea in the room. And she had cakes and pastries for me on a cart at 6:00 am!
