One of the absolute standouts of our trip was Stefan, the beach attendant. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by the water. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. From the beach to the service to the overall atmosphere – this hotel is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!

We travelled with a small baby and the hotel was perfectly quiet, our balcony doors could be kept open with no mosquitoes in June... The bed and mattress in our apartment (4th floor) were EXTREMELY comfortable. Beach is a short walk away

Everything! This hotel is very modern but cozy at the same time. The location is a 15 minutes walk from the old town, but that comes with peace and quite. Rooms are squeeky clean, very well equipped and I very much appreciate the small details such as great quality personal care items in the bathroom, sweets on the table, etc. The pool on the roof is amazing, water temperature was perfect even on November 1st, the view is superb, and they also serve great cocktails in the pool bar. We couldn't wait for the breakfast time - everything we tried was fresh and super tasty. I also haven't met a nicer staff than in this hotel for a long time, helpful and very professional.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. The staff is absolutely lovely (special mention to the property manager ☺️). The hotel is new and very nice. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The pool area is great for relaxing and refreshing. Everything is pristine clean. The hotel is walking distance from a really nice marina with some shops and restaurants, and the beach is not far from there. We had overall a really lovely stay.
