The location couldn't have been better. Would highly recommend.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Extremely friendly staff, great rooms - everything is new. Free parking! Great HVAC, the room heats up quickly - not a given on the coast during the winter. Good curtains block out the light when needed. They don't offer breakfast, but have free tea/milk/hot chocolate/coffee at all hours, and a free croissant in the morning.
