The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Very clean, very modern, with polite and helpful staff. The room was spacious, with everything I needed. Lovely view, comfortable bed and pillows. Piazza square is just around the corner. As a frequent Batumi visitor, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
