Location was stunning and the accommodation was spacious, clean and suited all purposes but the star of the show was host, Frank. So helpful throughout the whole process and a pleasure to deal with. He made life so easy which isn't always the case we find on work trips but he went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. I can't thank him enough or recommend him / the accommodation highly enough! I would like to think I will return in future and would 100% try to stay here again if so.

Our stay in Edinburgh was absolutely lovely and cozy. The apartment is situated in a fantastic area, just a five-minute walk from Portobello Beach—a perfect spot for a peaceful stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with every essential provided from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. The living area was spacious with comfortable seating and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Heating was efficient, keeping the space warm and cozy even on colder days. What made our experience even more special were the wonderful hosts. They were friendly and attentive to every detail, making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Loved the unit. Nice and clean and quiet. It had everything you needed including a few coffees, snack and cleaning supplies. Loved the fireplace. So sweet and nice touch. Convenient to the train too. Just a stones throw away. Great resources for surrounding area too. Owners were top notch!

Sinead and Chris are probably the best hosts in the world. I slept across the hall from the kitchen / breakfast area and they were able to be very quiet! It's 1min walking to the beach and 3min to the bus stop. The bed was so comfy. The shower nice and hot. For breakfast you can have the usual plus some scottish options, all delicious. Felt safe the whole time as a solo traveller (including bus trip at night). 10/10.

Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Another Room offers accommodation between the districts of Portobello and Craigentinny in Edinburgh, 4 km from the city centre. Public transportation is excellent is Edinburg and Another Room is right across the street from a bus stop. Our hosts were very helpful with advise on how to us the bus system. A day pass was only $5 and we really took advantage of it. Breakfast was cooked to order with all traditional Scottish items available.

Located in the coastal town of North Berwick, Nether Abbey Hotel boasts elegant rooms, a restaurant, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The members of staff were very kind and helpful. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. On our last day we had to check out very early and we were given sandwiches and snacks. This came as a surprise as we didn’t ask for it.
