Everyone was so courteous, friendly and super professional, especially Duaa, and Kareem from the restaurant/room service, Mohamed from House keeping, and last but not least Noha and Shadws from the reception . The Chalet was beautiful and huge with everything that you could ever need!

Mohammed the guy was very useful and pleased us very well. Easy check in, everything was professional. The apartment is great everything is clean just like in the photos. Great view. I would 100% come back here. I recommend this!!!
