I would like to congratulate the staff for their warm welcome. Let's start with the reception, which was extremely respectful and professional. The rooms were extremely clean, air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were clean. There was also a kettle, tea, coffee, mint, and sugar to make your favorite drink. There was also a mini bar and of course a TV, but the most important thing was that the furniture was new and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a beautiful view of the pyramids that you could almost touch while sitting at your table in the restaurant. The portions of food were very sufficient, whether it was Egyptian or English breakfast. Your drink was also available as you like. The restaurant team was extremely polite and professional as well. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, and I promise you that it will not be my last visit... I loved sharing my experience with you.

I could access the rooftop anytime, I saw many great sunsets, free light show on the pyramids, so I experienced more of the pyramids and desert landscape than just 1 day visit. The manager Mohamed was very helpful and gentle. I loved the Egyptian breakfast.

Breakfast in the room on the balcony was various.

We stayed here for two days and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and we could see the Pyramids right from our window—an unforgettable view. The food was simple but incredibly delicious. We enjoyed local dishes like falafel and other unique meals that we really liked. The staff were extremely friendly and took excellent care of us. They helped organize amazing travel plans, including sailing on the Nile River and a full-day tour of Saqqara, Memphis, the Pyramids, camel riding, and more. It was all very exciting and memorable. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Ready to help in any way. I got the room which had Pyramid view which was wonderful. This hotel is on 3rd floor but they carried our luggage to the room. The room was very clean, Bathroom also clean. Toiletary and towel everything available. Staff was available all the time ready to help. They have another hotel where you can enjoy Pyramid view during breakfast. Good quality breakfast . I loved the variety of cheese and egg. Close to many restaurants and other convenient stores.
