It is 5 minutes walk to the lake and to the slides, rope park and lift. The staff was very nice. You can do your laundry at the reception (extra charge).

We stayed at an apartment with lake view and it was amazing with great views. Modern, comfy with well equipped kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the heart of Lipno nad vltavu but it was also very quiet at the same time. Many hiking options around, bikeways along the lake and beautiful nature to explore and also restaurants and grocery stores. We would love to go back.
