My family especially loved spending time on the deck and enjoying the beautiful lake views. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Lakepoint Cottages Resort in Cottage #6. The cottage was fantastic—spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds, a spacious living room with a free-standing fireplace, and a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage also had a lovely porch overlooking the lake. For outdoor activities, we enjoyed the fire pit, picnic tables, and Muskoka chairs. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful sandy beach, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing getaway. One of the best features was the resort's convenient online store. Whether we needed snacks, firewood, or other essentials, we could order them with just a few clicks, and they were delivered right to our doorstep within minutes—a great added bonus! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

This 10-acre motel in Dwight, Ontario features an on-site fishing area. Algonquin Park is 20 minutes’ drive away and Huntsville is 15 minutes’ drive. This was the first of five places I stopped during my trip around Ontario, where I slept well, felt close to nature, swam in a rushing river, and ran near a lake. My family was also happy. A place worth recommending.

Located on the shore of Lake Kashagawigamog since 1924, this small country inn features a 300 foot-long stretch of private beach. Central Haliburton is less than 10 km away. Had a lovely stay. Exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and the room was comfortable.
