The staff was excellent, and the lobby area was beautiful. Room was wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was so amazing that I now order the tea that you served at breakfast because it was so wonderful. The bar tenders were amazing, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you have a bike, in one day, you can visit the castle (an MTB bike is welcome) and make the 28 km circle around the lake (Ossiacher See Cycling Tour - R2 and R2A). The apartment is renovated, comfy, and cozy - you can find all the kitchenware you need if you plan to do your own cooking. Besides, the owner left for visitors free coffee pads (there's also the coffee machine) and tea bags. Really nice welcoming gesture :) Also getting in contact with the owner who handled the keys was fast and simple. Plus, you get to park for free in the building garage - or outside the building if you prefer. If I summarize, it was a great experience.

To be honest we are very picky, but this hotel was far beyond our expectations! Every year we visit Wörthersee and this year we found this truly amazing hotel with huge rooms. Extremely helpful staff, very nice private beach, very good breakfast, very beautiful well-equipped suits with kitchen, we could cook for our 2-year old daughter. The parking space in underground garage was also very comfortable and free of charge! We will definitely come back next year for a longer period of time.
