Room was clean and had a wonderful balcony and exceptional lake views and a great view of the church and town area. As it's away a little bit from the busy old part of town part it is nice and quiet but still has everything you want including a supermarket over the road. Staff friendly and helpful. We loved our time here - sat on the deck with wine & pizza just enjoying the peace and the natural beauty.

She offered to do laundry and even drove us to our train station when we were running late. Fantastic service and very kind. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Free coffee/tea is a bonus. Location is great too, only a 7 min walk to the main areas.

Once we got to the hotel we got unexpected upgrade for a room with the view of the lake, although we booked a regular room. Hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. They assisted us with checking in and let us check in earlier than scheduled. The rooms were clean and neat, the bathroom and shower was tidy and the rooms were warm and cozy. The view from the balcony was stunning. I would love to have a coffee early in the morning at the balcony enjoying the sunshine. Definitely will come back in summer to enjoy the beauty of the nature and comfort of the hotel.
