The hosting family is very kind and caring, I spent a week at Serenity and felt fully at home and part of the family. The hotel is clean and newly renovated, I highly recommend!

Especially the hospitality and the view of the lake - I couldn't get enough of sitting on the terrace. We were also given delicious homemade wine. The dog Emma is really cute :) The lake is great for swimming, clean water and nice views.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and the communication was excellent. The apartment looked newly renovated, very nicely furnished, practical and clean. The outside area was beautiful, and the perfect place to start the day with a home cooked breakfast! Lots of fruit growing in the garden and amazing views of the lake. The lake is 2 mins walk from the apartment. We spent most of our time here, swimming, sunbathing, and paddleboarding, and we went on a boat trip. It's also possible to hire bikes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend Aloha House.

The most amazing experience of our entire trip to the Balkans!! We had been travelling for 6 weeks and this was the best place we’ve stayed at by far. We had the best time here and so much fun. The family that runs the guesthouse is lovely and take good care of you, they set up a campfire every night and will keep the bar open as long as you need. We spent all day relaxing by the river and meeting the different families that run the guest houses along the river. We highly recommend you socialize with the locals and the other guests because it makes the experience so much better! Next summer we want to come back and spend a whole week there!
