Helga’s guesthouse is the best accommodation I’ve been so far in my life. It is in a beautifully charming and calm setting overlooking the mountains and the Ohrid lake on the beutiful Lin peninsula. The property seems newly built and is made of high quality design and comfort. The staff was extremely kind and provided tips for my stay. The breakfast was so good I will tell my grandkids in 40 years time. I spent most of my days in the Macedonian side and had to cross the border just to sleep at Helga’s but it was absolutely worth it. I will return and can highly recommend

Breakfast was great with homemade jams and fresh farm eggs from the property's own chickens. The owners even brought us some kiwi fruit from their lovely garden. Would definitely go back to this well maintained property by the lovely owners Gjyshi Ilo and Shpresa.

The room was clean and very comfortable, including the bed. We enjoyed having a kitchen, which even had oil, salt, sugar, etc. in it, to make it user friendly, and a washing machine with a clothes line and clothes pins. Roland is a great communicator and very helpful, he even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station since we did not have a car. We were sorry to leave!
