Me and my family strongly recommend staying here if you visit Tunisia! We want to say a special thank you to Mohammed and Mehdi from the reception, everyone from the animation team, the restaurant waiters and the cleaning ladies from floor four. There was lots of places to visit in Tunisia, which we did through Mohammed. We stronly recommend asking him for trips, he has a connection to a very nice guide. Mohammed also helped us with our bad wifi connection by providing us with a WIFI router. The hotel itself was really nice, the rooms were perfect. It was always cool in the rooms and there was lots of space (family suite, 2 rooms). The pool and beach are well equiped. There is always space and something to do (animation team). Thank you for the perfect stay 🙂

Tennis, Ping-pong, and archery were fun activities. My daughters liked quad motorcycle and magic show. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed Tunisian foods.

Our check-in was handled seamlessly by Mr. Moez, whose professionalism and friendliness made us feel immediately welcome. Despite not remembering all the names of the other staff members, their collective effort in ensuring our comfort was highly remarkable. The reception team was attentive and quick to assist with any requests, embodying the very essence of hospitality. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find an array of thoughtful gifts awaiting us. Fresh fruits and refreshing drinks were beautifully arranged, a gesture that made us feel valued and special. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the sea from our room, a request we had made before our reservation that the hotel fulfilled perfectly. The room itself was impeccably clean, a testament to the dedication of the housekeeping team. Every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail was evident in the fresh linens, perfectly made beds, and the overall pristine condition of the room. The entertainment team at Medina Solaria and Thalasso deserves a special mention, particularly my friend Thamer. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making each activity engaging and fun for both adults and children. From morning exercises to evening shows, the entertainment provided a vibrant atmosphere that kept us entertained throughout our stay. Thamer’s charisma and ability to connect with guests made every interaction memorable. Dining at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences.
