Great staff, ready to meet any need to make our stay enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful and the beach was beautiful. No crowds. We had the beach to ourselves. Great for older folks like us and I think it would be wonderful for families with children. The free breakfast was made to order and was always well-cooked and attractively served. Special orders to make mine diabetes friendly gave them no problem -- and they remembered my needs the entire week without my making repeated requests.

Place was very nice, calm, nice pool, spa center and breakfast. shuttle buses every hour to the beach and the city. staff was very nice, special thanks to Hasan. He was very smiley and friendly. they gave us room when we arrived around 10am, even check in was at 14h. it was very pleasant stay, hope we will come back. :)

The staff was very attentive at all times, they gave me immediate help when I couldn't open the safe and when my keys were left in the room. The facilities are dreamlike, the view of the infinity pool, the breakfast is very varied and delicious with views of the sea and jungle. The room was very well maintained and clean. If I return to Riley, I would definitely stay longer at this resort.

The resort had great spaces to hang out, also by the pool area. The only hostel i wished i stayed more even after 4 days, so comfortable. And quiet. Recommended!
