The cleaning staff were also helpful. 2km round trip walk to the local shops along the shaded coastal path. Next to the beach - take your own chairs etc. IF you don't like being directly on the sand. Cakes are home made and have the typical flavors of reunion island. Food at the bar is very good, and the choice of (awesome) cocktails is updated daily.
