It is a big hotel with everything you usually get. Breakfast is good, except for the coffee, you better ask for black coffee! Breakfast is in the Family Room that rather looks like dark hole, not attractive at all! Staff at reception are not very friendly, just doing their job. Location is far from the souq if you don't have transport!

It is no exaggeration at all when I (and others on here) say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels around the world). Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. I can see why it’s a Leading Hotel of the World and has so many awards and accolades. Thank you Chedi Muscat for an unforgettable Christmas holiday!

EVERYTHING!! Beds are very confortable with curtains, AC, clean, organized, modern, nice garden, cosy dinning room with big tv and sofas to rest amd talk to other travelers. breakfast is really good. The best is the owner, ‘ZOU’, he would do anything to make you feel like at home or even better. He knows Oman very well and will help u with rental car, planning, etc. One of my top hostels that i have been in my last 30 years of traveling.

Everything is great. The location is great. It's in the city center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's one kilometer from the bus station, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is clean and tidy, and there's no odor. The landlord is very nice, warm and friendly. There's a kitchen available, and three toilets are very convenient. Other guests are not noisy at all. Everything is very good, perfect.

Just a 5-minute drive from Grand Mall, Al Ferdous Hotel Apartments occupies a beachfront location in Muscat. It offers warmly decorated apartments with free Wi-Fi.
