The condo is new, it has an excellent pool and gym facility with an amazing view. The access to the beach was convenient and there were bicycles at the facility to borrow.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The suite was enormous, and had a great balcony looking over the water. All of the meals are delicious (particularly the chilaquiles at breakfast and the shrimp quesadillas for lunch - amazing!), staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool is perfectly clean and well maintained. There are lots of loungers available on the beach as well. It is rocky, but only a little bit - you can easily walk around the rocks to get into the ocean where it's sandy. It was a 25 minute walk into town along the beach, or a 5 minute taxi. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Bucerias!
