We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, and one of the aspects that impressed us was the exceptionally kind and attentive staff. I want to especially recognize Akit (hope I spelled the name correctly) from the restaurant, who was always friendly and attentive, making each meal more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was warm, and the services were excellent!

We were fetched by their staff from the jetty port, our luggage was loaded in a small vehicle to be dropped in the hotel which was only a short walk from the port. Ms. Hazel was very welcoming and friendly and would give us some tips on how to go about the island while on our way to the hotel. Upon checking in, we were given welcome drinks and wet towels to freshen up a bit while waiting for our rooms. Ms. Metri, the receptionist was kind and polite, very grateful for her to accommodate our requests and assigned us to our rooms with the best views. There was a basket of fresh fruits in our rooms, Comfy beds, and toiletries were already set in our rooms, wifi was fast, clean facilities, pool was also there (could've been with warm water as it was already windy on the 10th floor that time and it was too cold), hotel was on the beach front, very good location with a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Mark in the beach bar was very informative and warm, even offered us a walk around. Breakfast was by the beach, we weren't able to fully dig in as we had to head on to our 7:30 am island tour. Wish we could've stayed longer to make the most of our rooms too.

The size of the room was surely one of the best things. All the employees were very friendly, the supervisor was outstanding. Their terrase with one of the best views in masfushi for sure, enjoying a drink was one of the highlights.

Staff ,all of them. I was in a lot of places . Never see something like that. They notice your routine, if they see you like the butter, they will give you an extra. They remember what kind of coffe you drink. Arrange tours, speed boat... Food was amazing. Breakfast is little bit small portion but enough(if you go on boat excursion,dont need to full your stomack). Spacious room, goot water pressure, clean... Good value for money
