Absolutely excellent service, like you expected from 5- stars hotel. Unfortunately, the porter dropped my laptop by accident, which can happen with everyone. So my laptop’s screen was completely broken. What did do a hotel managed Mr. Ala'a Darag'meh? They took care of my laptop and replaced the screen within two days. Moreover, they sent a complimentary package to our room and provide us with the free of charge breakfast. The hotel itself has great facilities, stunning views of the Dead Sea and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Suna was so lovely. Resort is awesome, many flowers, swimming pools, buggy's drive to dead sea. House was great, big, clean. Instructions were very clear. I think staying in this house is much better than staying in the near five star hotes. She recommended us to have dinner in Samarah mall and it was nice. Dead sea accesibility is perfect with buggies. It has sandy beach but the first steps in the dead sea has many rocks with salt crystalls on them so you can not bare foot, you should bring sea shoes.

Our stay at the villa was the most relaxing part of our two weeks in Jordan. Many, many thanks to Hussien who is available on the property to assist with your stay. His attentiveness, hospitality and knowledge of the Dead Sea area was greatly appreciated by our family. Meal service is offered and prepared fresh at the villa. We stayed one night at Sea Gate Resort and wished we could have stayed longer! The beautiful villa was impeccable, it is spacious, modern, and well-equipped. It included a kitchen with cookware and tableware, an outdoor barbecue area, and a heated infinity pool. We also enjoyed our music using their Bluetooth speakers. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Suleiman and Mahmud. Suleiman helped us to arrange transport to the Salt Beach and Mahmud, the lifeguard accompanied us to the resort's private beach for floating and mud experience. Mahmud was very gentle and humorous, we had an unforgettable fun experience filled with laughter, fresh water and bath towels were also provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The resort is currently expanding its facilities, adding a restaurant, a public pool, and more villas.

Really amazing breakfast, with a huge variation of food, both local and continental. The rooms were nice and the bathroom had a very nice bathtub. Also the rooms were quiet, so we had an amazing sleep here as well.

A great place to rest near the Dead Sea with direct access to it. The hotel has placed Dead Sea mud right near the beach, allowing you to apply it and then immediately access the water. Exceptional hotel/resort! The resort has a Arabic/Persian style to it which seems unique in the area and really adds to your overall experience visiting Jordan. Our room with the terrace overlooking the Dead Sea was out of this world. Amazing views, clean, comfortable, quiet, right on the sea,... Swimming pools were numerous, one for adults only and many are heated allowing swimming all year round. The breakfast and dinner buffets are next level in terms of quality and variety. The Spa is incredible, one of the best I have been to. NB - pay for a day pass to the Spa to get full access to their facilities and spa swimming pools. They are better than any others in the whole hotel. The staff are out of this worlds. Friendly, welcoming helpful, will go out of their way to tailor to your every need (if slightly too much for us).
