The whole experience has been a paradise. Since we arrived the personal attention and dedication has been incredible. They will surprise you with little details continiously. Apart from that the place, the rooms, the pool, everything is like being in a pink heaven. Jan, wich was the person who cared about us, not only was a nice person to talk but also was always interested in our confort and necessities. He helped us to book some trips and even a driver (who was also nice) to pick up us on the next island. If we come back to Gili Air we will repeat without a doubt.

The cabin we had was great super spacious for a couple. The food at the restaurant is amazing and I would suggest eating here even if you are not staying, it was a very popular place. They have some sunbeds on the beach they save exclusively for hotel guests which was fantastic and when they were all occupied they brought us bean bags instead which was very nice of them. Would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

Location, hospitality, people, beach, easy walk around island. Everything was great, above expectations. Easy walk around island. I would definitely come back. They arranged a snorkeling trip for us, which was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

The place to be! Great location, clean cottage, with lots of storage space and fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook by yourself. Nice bars and restaurants near by and you can enjoy sunrise as well as sunset on your own little "private" beach. We really enjoyed relaxing at the porch and in the hammocks. It was hard to leave this cute cottage after three nights and we hope to return one time!

This place was in a pretty good location, about a 10min walk from the harbor and tucked away, so its nice and quiet. The room had everything you need, the outdoor bathroom was really nice, and the mosquito net around the bed was amazing! The grounds and pool area are lovely, and makes you feel like your in a tropical paradise. My bungalow had quite a few power issues when I was there (not an island power outage, just issues with power in my bungalow), however I haven't deducted any points for this as the hosts really tried their hardest to fix it for me. As soon as I made them aware of the issue, they organised someone to repair it within a day. Places is really clean, they are happy to clean your room every day if you would like, and included breakfast is nice too!

Upon arrival till the last second at Four Elements, everything was fairy-tale-like for me. The position of the resort is amazing. I chose it deliberately for the sunsets i heard of. This is the best spot on Gili Air to enjoy breathtaking sunsets outlooking Mount Agung (Bali)! Also,the friendliest staff one can imagine. So welcoming and caring, that i had to extend my stay! I had not planned on doing the Open Water license but Padma and Juan really got me excited with all the surrounding courses and dives. In the end I am stigmatised for life and can’t wait to go back!

We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! The location and the view of the beach are simply unbeatable for the price. The bungalow features modern, high-quality furnishings and exceptionally clean sanitary facilities as well as a really nice terrace. It’s also well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, AC and a smart television. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Ardy and his team provided us with fresh drinking water every day and even surprised us with fresh fruit from time to time. While the garden is still being completed and there were occasionally workers on-site, they were always very considerate and made sure to ask us beforehand if it was okay. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again!
