We stayed at Panorama guesthouse for a week during low season and it has been amazing. James and his family always went an extra mile to make us feel at home and to help us with moving around Batanta and organising our trip in a fast and reliable way(including picking us up from Waisai and taking us to Sorong). We felt welcomed and taken care of.  The house is basic, but fully new and spacious, they cleaned it every three days, they changed bed sheets, mosquito net is new, comfortable bed, there is everything you need.  The food was always freshly cooked, tasty and abundant. We always had veggies raw and cooked, rice, noodles, fresh fish/tempeh and tofu and fruit. They gave us fruit and little cakes as snacks, coffee and tea are always available. Breakfast was also good and satisfying.  The private beach is just heaven, quiet and relaxing. There is a great coral reef right in front of the house, we saw many fishes and a baby shark. You can see sunset and sunrise directly from the house.  You can visit the small village next to the house, 5 mins by walk. There is a diving center (gears top notch) 20 mins far by boat where we had a great night dive.  We would definitely recommend this place to everyone that wants to live a local experience in a edenic place very off the beaten track.  It's a place and a holiday we'll never forget.  Thank you James and family for the lovely stay!

I loved everything : the beautiful environnement between océan and jungle, the spacious and confortable bungalow over water, the delicious and complete food (and it's the only time in Raja Ampat that the food was delivered in the room, like room service!), the kindness of Erwin... I will surely come back there, it was so relaxing !

We were impressed with everything about this place, Nelly and Rufus attention to guests was exceptional, the location & the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Raja Ampat, this was by far the best we stayed at. The snorkelling trips out with Rufus were brilliant. Snorkelling with turtles, sharks and the many colourful fish on the pristine reefs. Do not overlook this homestay when planning your trip, KRI is a beautiful centrally located island with a professionally run dive shop (contact Anni at Soul Scuba-Check their website). The homestay house reef was brill for all sorts including Turtles. Our neighbours even see a manta whilst snorkelling here along with Eagle rays. You will not go hungry with Nellies cooking, delicious seafood & chicken dishes along with omelettes and pancakes in the morning, best food of all our homestays. Free paddle boards for you to venture out were a real bonus. Chill in your hammock in the evening and watch the black tips patrol the shallows ..... wow

An amazing place—perhaps the best homestay in Raja Ampat. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The beautiful huts offer plenty of peace and privacy, while still providing the friendliness of the local village people. With only three huts in total, it feels intimate yet welcoming. Frances, with his enthusiastic and generous laugh, is proud and eager to show everything. Snorkeling trips with him were unforgettable. The accommodation is very spacious with stunning views, an incredible house reef, and few mosquitoes or flies. The cool breeze keeps it from getting too hot, and it’s conveniently close to dive schools - which is easily arranged through Frances. His family is very nice as well. We will definitely come back here!

Loved our stay at Warahnus. Great diving with the staff - all locally owned and run. Beautiful location with a reef to snorkel right off the beach. Delicious food and beautiful, comfortable bungalows. Will be back! :)

This homestay is run by capable, friendly and helpful people. You can observe a beautiful sunset from here (there even is an almost horizontal palm tree growing out over the water right next to it). Food was among the best I had in Raja Ampat.

We had a great time at Bruno raja ampat. We were warmly welcomed by Farrah and her family. Farrah prepared us very good food, with typical specialities. The home stay is just in front of the jetee of sauwandarek, on the beach. It’s great for snorkeling. There is a wide variety of fishes, corals and many sea turtles. We are in a small village quiet and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this address.
