I am a solo traveller and it was fantastic value, whilst having parking for the rental car right on the drive. It's at the top of a few staircases, but then you are rewarded with lovely views, where you can sit on the balcony looking over the ocean and a beautiful sunset. We felt like staying in a hotel room, but with more cosiness. The old town is 10 min walk from the apartment on a seaside walkpath or you can walk through a beautiful park. I recommend Frkanj, opposite side of the bay, which sou can reach by taxi-boat or car.
