A clean and good sized room with a large bed. When we arrived to the hotel we got lots of great travel tips from the hotel employee. The hotel is in a very good place, next to many restaurants and cafes and a beach. Short walk from the ferries.

The sea front location was fabulous. Bring able to sit on the balcony and see and hear the sea was great. The food was excellent and good value. The ability to use the sister hotel pool was an added bonus.

Everything is fine, the rooms are cozy, clean, cleaning twice a day. Constantly fresh water, quality bedding more. All the staff are very friendly and pleasant.

We had such a peaceful and calming stay at Koia—pure serenity from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, a real highlight of our trip. Classic building beautifully renovated direct on the sea front and easy walking distance to all the sights. Staff are exceptional and really work hard to make everyone’s stay to be the very best they can. The restaurant is also well worth a visit even for non-residents. Great takes on traditional Greek dishes as well as more modern recipes. Breakfast on the terrace one of the best ever if you don’t mind ordering from a menu.

1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

Boutique and luxurious! Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff… Everyone was so warm and welcoming that it made us feel absolutely amazing. At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!

I could say that our stay at this hotel really exceeded our expectations, I’m rarely satisfied with hotels as to rate it with 10, but this is the case. Excellent service and staff, design of the hotel is an aesthetics for your eyes, tasty food and drinks. Would love to come here again.
