location is amazing, facing a nice small beach, right in the centre of parikia which is a beautiful little place, surrounded by cute cafes and good restaurants accommodation is true to pictures - what you see is what you get, very stylish and super clean rooms - amazingly comfortable, great beds, super clean, nice set-up overall, perfect when travelling with a teenager staff - went above and away to make us feel welcome and comfortable ( joann is amazing! thank you), cooperation with car rental company is smooth and seamless

We went for a swim every morning in the sea which was 2 min walk from the apartment. We came back and had a beautiful breakfast brought up to us. All of the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The sanctuary of the apartment was amazing. The beach has a beach bar thar sells food and drink during the day.

The property was in absolutely perfect location with the beach right next to the hotel and beautiful views everywhere, there was also amazing staff who were all very welcoming and accommodating, and of cource can’t forget to mention the cute dogs in the hotel.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2025. Lovely location with just a 5 minute walk along the beach to reach the center of Aliki. We reached three different beaches and all the restaurants by the ocean, by foot. Fresh and well equipped apartment, bathroom and kitchen with everything to make our stay extra comfortable. Our host was very helpful and made our stay extra special by givning us local advice on places to visit on the island and always answered quickly when we messaged her, assisted us when booking taxi etc. A bonus was the very cute cat that hung out by the apartment and always wanted a cuddle from us. Loved our stay!

Great house in a great location! The view was amazing and Richard (the owner) was such a warm and welcoming host, very responsive and so helpful in all our queries. The house has all the amenities someone would need and a large veranda to relax and sunbathe. It is only 20 steps from the sea, 100m from restaurants and shops and 12 mins walking from Paroikia centre (chora). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paros.

The property was gorgeous and clean - updated inside with an amazing pool (and view) with tons of seating options and locations around the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items and basic necessities - coffee, sugar, oil, dinnerware and drinkware. The property was a short walk to a sandy beach. The host provided local recommendations which we greatly appreciated and used. There was also a cleaning service every other day - excellent. We loved the property and would definitely return.
