Great communication with host prior to stay. Great value for two night accommodation with hot tub Very clean Both double and single bed very comfortable for adults. Bed linen spotlessly clean Cosy caravan for 2 night stay, 2 friends celebrating birthday. (Would be equally good for longer stay) Did not use cooking facilities but kettle and fridge in good working order. Warm and comfortable, temperature easy to adjust when a little to warm one evening Shower, rate and temperature Great. Wifi good with Vodafone network but a bit hit and miss with 02. Hot tub clean and ready to use on arrival. With clear instructions for use. Good position making it easy to get in and out. Easy to access key safe. Quiet and away from bars and children's activities. (this was the pay off for being a bit of a walk away from bars and facilities)

It had everything needed for our stay, lots of facilities including crockery, towels, bedding, Tv including Netflix and Prime also PlayStation with games and lots of DVDs. Was close to the main area and onsite shop. Really clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely lovely caravan, very spacious, all the mod cons and hot tub, nice and clean, very easy to book and organise passes, great location right next to the air Base run way so free airshow every day, great complex and activities and entertainment, staff are always happy to help.....that's nothing but 5 stars all around!

Hi I’ve not had time to contact you due to work. Our stay was dreadful, the caravan was filthy, bedding not been changed not cleaned and really disappointed. The main issues was my 5 year old son finding an extasy tablet in his single bed, luckily he didn’t think this was a sweet and eat it or the consequence of that could of been fatal, there was cannabis buts and residue in the cutlery draw absolutely shocking weekend. I have pictures and will be taking this further.
