Seascape was charming and special. Matt made sure our visit was memorable and went the extra mile to ensure that - he was an excellent host. A stones throw from the beach, the location was lovely, as were the residents of the village.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The owner and his team are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. The owner is such a genuinely nice and charismatic person—it felt more like visiting a good friend than staying at a hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and he did an outstanding job of preserving the charm of the 400-year-old building while seamlessly incorporating modern standards and comforts. We had a parking spot right in front of the hotel on the street. Since we were driving a rather large car (BMW X6), parking was a bit tight at first. However, the owner immediately moved his own car to give us more space—such a thoughtful gesture! All in all, if I could give more than 10 out of 10, I would happily rate our stay at least 15 out of 10!

perfect location for St Andrews. I would highly recommend booking a room with a sea view. The atmosphere in the hotel was fantastic, it’s very nicely decorated with a good balance between period and modern. The main reason for this place being so great is the team which are there to welcome, guide and help you. They are friendly with a genuine warmth and nothing is too much trouble. It was a complete pleasure to stay there.
