The location is right in the city center, closed to everything: the amazing old town, the beautiful lake, even to some cozy pubs with live music, good beer and beautiful atmosphere just in the backyard. The apartment even looks better than in the pictures, it is very clean, very well organized, the kitchen is really very well equipped. The bedroom separated from the living offers the proper silence and comfort. When booking this place we've written from previous reviews that there are no windows curtains which is not true. There are for sure opaque curtains that, during the day, are tied in the middle with nice accessories, to ensure natural light. But when evening falls they can be untied ensuring all the necessary privacy.

Loved the location of the apartment,very easy to walk everywhere and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was really quiet, fresh and modern, with a very comfortable good sized bed, the bathroom was lovely and we had everything we needed for a beautiful stay. Thank you so much!

Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool.

In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding. Please don't make the same mistake if staying here. Thank you for everything Christophe and Rafael

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The apartment had an abundance of everything one would need. The balcony was a nice little extra. Lots of cutlery, plates, glasses. Great cooking facilities. We really enjoyed to stay in Monica's apartament. The view on the lake from the balcony and kitchen was really beautiful. The apt was very clean and comfortable. The location was closed to the old city. We could walk from there to the lake and the main attractions. Our stay was perfect and we recommend it to everyone. Furthermore, we brought with us our dog and Monica and her husband were very nice and helpful. They also allowed us to keep our car longer in the garage while we were doing extra shopping. fantastic location and a well decorated apartment. Although it looks old from the outside, we chose it because of its history. But once we entered the room, we were stunned by the modern decor and it has everything you need. The host Kim was very warm and provided very detailed information.
