Hotel has great location, also its private access to the sea, enough sun-beds around the pool, professional and kind staff, also the guest clientele is very polite and calm. Been many times on Mallorca but first time in this hotel and Illetas area, we will come back for sure in next years. The staff is really friendly and hardworking, I should also praise the cleaners who really clean the room regularly as well as the waiters who, despite the high temperature, take care of the comfort of the guests by the pool. and Michelle (italian lady) who is available for information on everything.

Great to come back every time. A perfect oasis to chill and relax. Diverse restaurants and historical ambience. The owner takes care of you and gives you advice if need eg where to rent a car or where to go running and the team is very supportive and friendly. Great beach access and well kept facilities. I’m always happy to come back.

Exceptional staff especially Miguel on reception. Staff remembered me from family holidays. Lovely kind and friendly team. Beautiful room. The hotel was absolutely amazing! Perfect location right in the center of Palma. The staff were super friendly and really took great care of us. I loved that we could just WhatsApp them for anything we needed – whether it was coffee to the room in the morning or arranging a taxi. They even made an early check-in possible for us, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Son Caliu Apartamentos is absolutely top of tops! One of my favorite places I have stayed so far. Located in the quiet and beautiful area of Son Caliu, it offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all essentials, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was a great spot to relax. The whole place felt well-maintained and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the excellent facilities, makes this a perfect getaway spot. Would definitely stay here again!
