As lovely as in the photos and the atmosphere is very special - you are truly staying in the jungle in a quiet (and relatively secluded) bay. The restaurant has delicious options (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and great cocktails. You can enjoy time at the beach or hike to the town, Abraão, - they had also regular boats to it, and outside of that service they helped us organise a later boat very easily. The team is so friendly and helpful that you truly feel they want you to enjoy your time on the island.

Set on the beachfront in Abraão and featuring a garden, Pousada Porto Girassol has free WiFi throughout the property. Certain units at the property feature a patio with a city view.

The staff were fantastic!! They were so caring, helpful and always smiling! The location was great, right on the beach but away from all the noise. I slept really well.

Excellent place, really friendly staff and guests! The room was really clean and confortable, as were the bathrooms (hot water, air conditioning, confy beds).

With stunning views of Praia da Julia, the festive Aquário Pousada e Hostel has a dock over the sea as well as hammocks throughout the garden.

Well, I went there in Carnival Season. I has beautiful ocean view and you can actually swim in front of property. Breakfast wonderful too. the owners are really kind and helpful.

Not only does this hotel have an amazing location (2min walk from the port) delicious breakfast included and gorgeous clean rooms, it has Gabriel, one of the most welcoming front desk managers. He gave us the perfect schedule for our limited days trip and had the best attitud.

The breakfast was amazing! The housekeeper and the receptionist (Bianca) really made the effort to cater to us. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ilha Grande. The location is also perfect, right on the beach.

Stunning location, with beautiful sea views, very helpful and friendly staff, and delicious food (both breakfast and evening meals). Peaceful and relaxing and while only accessible by boat, easy to get to and from the village. It was exactly what I was looking for to escape and relax for a few days!
