Great staff - very polite and very welcoming. Stanislav and Katia makes you feel you are at your own home. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding mountains. Free parking space and in both sides of the hotel there were supermarkets. If you are planning to go to Borovets, I think this is a better option than the overpriced resort hotels and only 10 - 12 minutes by car from the slopes. Delicious home made food for dinner

We had the whole big house for us 4 and it was very nice to stay here with our kids. We could cook and enjoy the space. Good location, close to Beli Iskar trail and not so far from Rila national park and the 7 lakes.

As I used to find it, it is still one of the best resorts in Bulgaria. It deserves the best evaluation in terms of cleanliness, services and staff. It is one of the best places to relax, especially during the winter season. Just a simple note for management! I strongly advise returning the previous menu and the previous chef, as the chef during the evening period is not at the required level, and his treatment is very bad. Love the location. Views beach pools are amazing.not many people. Staff was nice and helpful. Pools clean. Loads of sun beds.
