The Waterfront Rest B&B is a beach-front property located on the peaceful Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of Connemara. Rooms overlook the beautiful water and free WiFi is available in public areas. The location of the b&b is absolutely amazing. We saw a seal from our bedroom window! Clifden is only a 10min drive so you're still close to shops and restaurants, but nature is right on your doorstep. We were received warmly by the host, Lydie, who gave us information about the area and showed us the room. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, there were home made jams, almond coconut paste, chocolate paste and caramel. So tasty. Also a selection of fresh fruit and of course pancakes or full Irish. All in all we had a great time and loved our stay!

Railway Avenue Rooms is set in Clifden, 19 km from Kylemore Abbey and 34 km from Maam Cross. The property features inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 5.1 km from Alcock & Brown Memorial. Great B&B, very clean and beautiful. Considerably sized room and most comfortable bed I've seen in the hotels so far. The host was very friendly. The house is planned in such way noone is disturbing you. Location is also great, just a very short walk to the city center and transport. Would recommend this accomodation and will be glad to return again!

Richard is a fantastic host. The house is very old and beautifully kept, very special to stay there. The breakfast buffet is delicious and it is served in a beautiful dining room.

Big, clean and tastefully decorated room. Lovely and very chatty host, who gave us a lot of tips on what to do and where to go. She also cooked us a very tasty breakfast.

This appartment is huge. Rooms, floors, living room, kitchen. All of them. Clean, to the point. Shiny new equipment everywhere. Close to the harbour, opening up the door exposing to the sea. Outlooks to the other side of the bay. Crisp air. Host is utmost welcoming, nice guy. Cleggan cliffs is nearby and a must to see.

Offering a private beach area and mountain view, Lands End Cottage - Connemara is located in Aughrus More, 21 km from Alcock & Brown Memorial and 23 km from Kylemore Abbey. Location was superb and we enjoyed all aspects of our surroundings

Situated in Roundstone in the Galway County region, Roundstone Retreats Abbys cottage has a terrace. Featuring a garden, the property is located within 38 km of Kylemore Abbey. The location was amazing. It was quiet since we were there during off season. There was so much attention to detail that we appreciated. The wood stove with peet to burn made our stay during the big storm Deb cozy.

Situated in Cleggan and only 2.8 km from Cleggan Bay Beach, ocean view cleggan features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. I couldn’t feel more most welcomed than by hosts Sheila and Alan. They were absolutely nice and helpful and recommended shops and sights in the area. For the first breakfast they provided me with homemade scones (super delicious!), butter and jam. Sheila furthermore introduced me to dog Murphy and cat Lili, who were very friendly, so they knew I belong to the premises for a while. The cottage was really comfy, equipped with everything one needs for a stay. A home afar from home. And the view… absolutely spectacular, a real fantastic ocean view. Just sitting outside ocean’s view cottage and enjoying the view out of the ocean, some islands and Cleggan and Clifden was such a treat. I’ll definitely have to return.
