The view is amazing, the best we ever had and we travelled a lot; the garden is huge, quiet, cosy and very well maintained; The owner lives upstairs and is very nice; The apartment is rather big and has everything you need inside, including coffee filters, salt, spices, etc; The railway is 50 m from the property, but once asleep, it is not loud enough to bother you;

This house is much better in the real life than on pictures. It's cozy, spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully furnished, the only thing we couldn't find was wine opener, but not everyone drinks wine. I got excited when I found out that there were down duvets, so we slept very well, the combination of fresh air and great bed set is the best way to get relaxed, basically that was the reason why we went there.

The highlight is definitely the very big balcony with it´s great view. You´ll enjoy lake view, green gardens and the mountains. The kitchen is very modern and well equiped, same goes for the bath room. The size of the living room is totally fine for 2 persons. The stairs to the appartment are a bit steep and the last 500m road are narrow - consider that if it matters to you, for us it was totally fine. The appartment is well located in a silent area between Luino and Laveno where you can buy your groceries or take the ferrys.

The location of the property was good, there was a view of Lake Maggiore, albeit interrupted by other apartments. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and the host was very helpful and suggested a restaurant for a special meal, which was a good choice. The Parco Hermitage pool and grounds were lovely. As was the wine and food left as a welcome gift, that was a nice touch.
