It is located 1.5 km from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and offers a lift. The apartment has private entrance. Fast and easy check-in with clear instructions. Clean, bright, and everything worked perfectly. We walked to the famous train street and back easily. Took a day trip to Ninh Binh after staying here.

Most of all, the staff are so kind and helpful and supportive, they are so lovely and they really cant do enough for you. Couldn't ask for a better stay in Hanoi.
