Even though it is near seaside, it is very silent. We were in ocean side room. There is a balcony that are accessible to both rooms. The ocean view is not very wide but it is good. There is a closed parking lot.

The apartment safe.clean and well decorated, the bathroom and shower were modern so perfect. The balcony overlooks the seat which is nice as well. Overall the best place we stayed in Morocco!!

The apartment was completely new. The building itself was open 2 months ago. We had a unit on the 4th floor with a terrace that overlooks the city. At the front desk, Mr Sahraoui Said was a wonderful, helpful, polite person. Said exceeded my expectations, he answered all my questions he even helped me park my vehicle in the garage and with our languages. The mattresses were new and comfortable, which really helped my back issues from the couple surgeries I had before.

Truly outstanding service. A special shout out to Redone. Gave me his personal phone number and even helped me on his day off. In addition offered to take me shopping on his only day off in the week for the best deal the CUSTOMER SERVICE with this hotel is second to none! Oh, and did I mention how comfortable and cozy the bed is.
