We arrived (delayed) just before midnight and he stayed up to welcome us and even prepared breakfast before we had to leave for the airport at 6.45am (there was an extra hour due to the change to summertime, but still). He also communicated with our taxi driver. The place looks like the pictures and everything is clean and brand new. It is close to the airport (about 10 minutes). Note that for us, ordering an airport transfer with "booking" was half the price of calling a cap directly.
