Very equipped for everything possibly needed. Heating works very well, esp. in the bathroom. Alex sent very detailed instructions about the apartment and garage before our arrival.

Flat is very nice, cozy, clean, equipped with everything you need. It is located in the center of lovely town, near to bakery, cafés, restaurant and town supermarkets. There is absolutely all you need. Host prepared us even a bottle of lovely apple juice for kids, bottle of water and nice Italian coffee. We were offered even free transport passes, which we used for Mendola Funicular (we wanted to walk as much as possible and due to our short stay we use it only 1x)

Central location and easy walkable from the wineries and restaurants. The garage for the auto and bikes is in the basement, so very relaxing. Spotlessly clean, silent and full of light with an amazing view all around. We also enjoyed the two equipped terraces for having a romantic sunset light drink. Marion was very accommodating. The apartment is a great spot to stay if you are in Kaltern and want to fully enjoy it.
