He let us in early in the morning long time before the check in time, helped with the bags, gave us detergent. The place is huge, basically entire house with two floors and two bedrooms, a balcony and a giant terrace with beautiful city views. The kitchen is very nice and there's a washing machine in the bathroom.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tbilisi! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, surrounded by amazing restaurants, cozy cafés, and just a short walk to all the main attractions. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the very first moment. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Whether you're visiting Tbilisi for the first time or returning, this apartment is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in the city!

We stayed at Apart View Hotel & Spa for just one night, as we were departing the next day. Victoria was incredibly helpful, speaks fluent English, and made communication very easy for us. The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

Terletak di Tbilisi City, 7-minit berjalan kaki dari Dataran Freedom dan kurang dari 1 km dari pusat, Eva's Pavaroti mempunyai penginapan berhawa-dingin dengan WiFi percuma, dan taman. We liked absolutely everything during our stay at Eva's Pavaroti, starting with very kind and helpful host, who shared her knowledge abt the place with us, best wine that we have tried in Georgia, 300 years old building, that other tourists took pictures of and we lived in, and even elder mistery hidden behind the wall (but i won't spoil the surprise :)). What else? Clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of old Tbilisi, three gorgeous cats in the courtyard (they love milk and hotdog sausages). I will never forget this stay, it was for sure sth more than just a staying in the hotel, it was an important part of our georgian adventure. I recommend this apartment to all my friends, and if i visit Tbilisi again, i would like to stay there again. Thank you for everything, Nini !!!

This was our second time staying in the same hotel apartment building, but with a different direct owner — and this one was truly a standout! The apartment was spotless, offered great value for money, and was very comfortable. We also loved how easily accessible everything was, with supermarkets and other essentials just a short walk away. Our daughter already misses the place! A big thank you to Inaa for making our stay so enjoyable — kudos to you! We’d love to come back again soon.
