I stayed in July in Apartment No. 4 on the second floor. The apartment is very clean and has a washing machine, iron, drying rack, large fridge, cooking utensils, etc. There is also a bidet in the bathroom. The apartment has no AC, but with the balconies and large windows—and the village’s nice weather—I didn’t need it.

The place is just a few minutes drive from Vardzia's magnificent site. The hosts are very responsive and were incredibly welcoming when we arrived. During our stay, they tried to help us with any request we had. The place is very cozy, with a very nice garden, the atmosphere is cheerful, and you could tell they really care about it! The rooms were very nice and clean and had everything you need. We also had dinner there (GEL 50 per person) and breakfast (included in the price), and both were delicious.

Comfortable bed, responsive host, lots of parking, great location….i couldn’t ask for anything else! As others have mentioned, the building itself is undergoing renovation, but the apartment is wonderful.

Menawarkan pemandangan gunung, Zarku Apartments di Bakuriani menawarkan penginapan, taman, bar dan akses ski di depan pintu. WiFi percuma disediakan di seluruh tempat penginapan. The apartmnet is amazing, in a nice part of Bakuriani. We just needed an apartment to stay overnight, travelling with a 3mo kid. Everything went as expected, the host gave detailed instructions how to collects keys, location, etc. The check-in took 2 minutes to this beautiful apartment. We found everything in the apartment needed, the place is quiet, a restaurant and a market are available in the next buildings, free parking near the building. Although it is summer, we took a walk to the Bakuriani lifts (5mins) to check the possibility of staying there also in the winter.

It's a full apartment/house with all the amenities that you need. The hosts (I think they were the hosts parents) don't speak English but went above and beyond to accommodate me. Lovely stay, 10/10 would recommend.

Dengan pemandangan gunung, Hotel Hobbiton near Vardzia Caves terletak di T'mogvi dan mempunyai restoran, khidmat bilik, bar, taman dan teres. Everything was good enough 👍 Easy to find (seen from the road), nearby the Vardzia, surrounded by mountains. There is an own parking. Nice design of the guest house including the apartment interior, exterior as well as the dining hall. The chill out area in front of the apartment is supplied with a fountain. The host offers dinners and breakfasts (at an extra cost). They also offer Khikhvi wine made in their winery - a decent one , I recommend. They plan to invest and enhance the space: add more apartments, plant a vineyard etc.
