For three snowy days, she welcomed us as family, and her care for our 11-month-old baby was truly heartwarming – especially when she kept our little one warm inside her jacket during the cold. Her loving touch was like that of a doting grandma. We had the joy of taking Miss Irma on a village road trip to Juta, creating lasting memories together. Every morning, we were greeted with a delightful breakfast, filled with homemade jams, honey, and warmth. Our final day was even more special as we spent time with her daughter and her three wonderful granddaughters, making us feel even more at home. Miss Irma’s hospitality, love, and genuine care turned our trip into a beautiful memory we will always cherish. Thank you, Miss Irma, for everything – you have left a mark on our hearts forever.

The location is very premium, next to the cable car and shops. Smooth self-checkin and friendly host. I stayed there for one night but I imagine I could stay there for a few days easily.

It really made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with shops and essentials just a short walk away. The cottage itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything in working order, which made our stay super comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the stunning mountains and the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church right outside our window was something we’ll never forget. Just behind the cottage is TIBA Restaurant—a fantastic spot with delicious food and a cozy vibe. It was so convenient to have a great place to eat just steps away. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kazbegi. Great hospitality, an unbeatable location, and views you’ll remember forever!

The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always quick to respond, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Location is amazing Beka who runs the place is so helpful although he doesn’t speak English but his brother on booking messages replies instantly and delivers the message Don’t expect a hotel stay , it’s a cottage with amazing view and great rest. Make sure to ask beka for anything to know the place and restaurants around Everything is close and you can barbecue or buy groceries to make food too

As we were approaching but driving past to get to the mountains earlier in the day, my partner (who did not book any of the accommodations for the trip) said wow! Look at that, that’s really cool! To which I said we were staying there tonight, he was very impressed. It has everything you need, excellent facilities for cooking, cleaning, entertaining etc. The bed was extremely comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again sometime!

She prepared for us an excellent vegan breakfast. The room is enormous with its own kitchen, wi-fi, amenities and hair dryer. Super clean, like home. There is a beautiful yard where you can have breakfast or relax. Excellent location in the center. Walking distance for all the sightseeings. There is a public parking, so you have to ask from Tamuna for the key to open the bars and enter them. Hope we come back one day ❤️
