We had an incredible experience staying at this apartment. The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless.

The place was great! Spotless clean! The location was 12 out of 10! You just can't get a better location in Larnaca! Walking distance to the main bus stop and the beach where everything is happening. The commination with the host was great! The response time was an immediate - thank you for that! Clear and thorough instructions - we had no issues with the check-in/check-out process. Even though we had our own adapters for the electricity, there wereplenty of converters left in the kitchen which was a nice perk. We would definitely book the same place of in town.

By The Way Apartment 1 mempunyai penginapan tetamu berhawa-dingin di pusat Larnaka, 3-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Finikoudes, 300m dari Dataran Europe dan 4-minit berjalan kaki dari Marina... I contacted the owner stating I needed a day room as I was flying late at night, they offered to let me drop my bag at their shop while I waited for the room to be ready (they had the room ready early for me too) the lovely lady collected me from the shop and drove me to the apartment. Thanks for accommodating me so well at such short notice

Beautiful spacious suite with very modern and stylish decor. We had a little one with us (11 months) and the staff were so accommodating and friendly, we were provided with a baby cot and a high chair to use, which made our stay 100% more comfortable. We loved the rooftop swimming pool and of course the provision of AC in the rooms, which was necessary in the mid of summer. All the staff were very alwaya helpful, the WhatsApp being a simple way to ask questions and the room service was very thorough. A nice bonus was the wellness program offered by Liv, which sounded wonderful.
