We were able to book last minute for a one night stay. The host met us at the door and showed us our room. What a great apartment! We slept so well and we were rewarded with a gorgeous lake view in the morning. I would have loved to stay longer and explore the area.

Ferienhaus Burgblick is centrally located in Treffen in the Carinthia Region, 2 km from Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Ski Area and the Kanzelbahn Lower Terminus. Outstanding apartment with friendly hosts. Extremely well equipped, spacious and with beautiful lake views. Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Fabulous.

The location is excellent, very ideal for hiking, going to different programmes every day (Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach Alpenstrasse, Pyramidenkogel, Nockberge, etc). We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. Nice, cozy, new furniture, well maintained, great ski to door location. Very helpful and friendly staff, good food and nice spa. Everything is optimized for a perfect ski vacation.
