Excellent Apartment with great view . The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Good location. 5 minutes driving to Gerlitzen ski resort and about an hour to all major resorts like Flachau, Obertauern. Really kind hostess willing to take care of everything you need. Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

Located in Annenheim, Atelier Ronacher is 70 metres from the Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn Cable Car and just 100 metres from the shore of Lake Ossiach. It’s always a pleasure to visit such a beautiful house. Everything was perfect.

Outstanding apartment with friendly hosts. Extremely well equipped, spacious and with beautiful lake views. Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Host of this guesthouse is Sandra, who is really customer oriented, kind and helpful person, thanks for her! The location is excellent, very ideal for hiking, going to different programmes every day (Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach Alpenstrasse, Pyramidenkogel, Nockberge, etc). We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. Everything was perfect, the apartment, the breakfast, the location… And the kids loved it.
