When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! Hotel was super clean and staff was probably better english speakers than i am! Good quiet spot if you need some rest in a peacefull area of lake, coffe and breakfast was just in the next building.

The manager was super friendly, I checked out early and she offered to keep my luggage until I have to go to the airport. The room was super spacious for our group of 3. We had a splendid time there.
