We had a lovely stay at An Nguyen Lakeside Residence. I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Hanoi! It’s in a quiet area right on the riverside with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Old Town is only a $2 Grab ride away. We stayed in Old Town before here and much preferred this location as our own oasis from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and modern. We also loved the staff, the women at the front desk were so friendly and happy to provide any and all recommendations. The daily salted coffee is a must! It truly exceeded our expectations and the price for the quality of this accomodation is second to none.

The rooms were clean and fresh with all the amenities we needed - huge bed, vanity table with mirror, wardrobe, hair dryer as well as toothbrush and toiletries. The location is excellent - on a small bustling street in the old quarter with everything you need within a short walk. Best of all was Mrs Laura - the host - she couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. She was excellent at communicating over WhatsApp from booking until the moment we left. She organised the taxi from the airport to the hotel and even came out to meet us from the taxi. She can also help organise other experiences in Vietnam such as Ha Long bay boat trip or Ha Giang loop tour. Laura made our stay so pleasant and we will be staying here again when we come back to Hanoi!

Our stay at The Urban Quarter Hanoi was excellent! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Though the floor space was a bit small, the thoughtful addition of cabinets and shelves made it easy to stay organized, which we really appreciated. There is also a small fridge to store our. fruits. Drinking water was also provided. The staff, who are mostly the owner's family members, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They assisted us with almost everything that we need ! 😊 The included breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to our day. There is also an elevator and this is one of the reasons I chose this place. The location is outside the busier Old Quarter, which we actually appreciated—it provided a more peaceful atmosphere while still being accessible. We often walked to nearby restaurants, which gave us a chance to experience the local lifestyle up close. Overall, a great place to stay if you prefer a quieter yet convenient location in Hanoi!"

This is very special place to stay in Hanoi. Very convenient location, amazing vibe and atmosphere, delicious coffee at the cafe downstairs. Very comfortable, very nice designed, clean rooms. Every detail is well thought through. You can feel this place is created with love and attention. 200% would recommend to stay there during your visit to Hanoi. Special thanks to the owner Van.     Delightful, spacious, light, and modern apartment in a very quiet courtyard behind a quiet street. It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room. Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony. It's also very close to great cafes, street food, shops, train street and other Old Quarter areas, we could walk everywhere.

A short taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Highly recommend if you are looking to self cater and want a bit of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the Centre
