My wife and I spent four unforgettable nights at Parkroyal Langkawi as part of our honeymoon, and it was easily the best hotel experience we've ever had. We booked the Private Pool Ocean View Room, which was absolutely exceptional. They left us a complimentary cake with a very nice message and a flower for our honeymoon as well as room decorations, we loved the small gesture. The view from our private pool opened directly onto the ocean, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening in complete privacy—an experience we’ll never forget. The room aside, the entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, and it’s clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining its facilities. While we didn’t use the main infinity pool, it looked amazing and also offers a beautiful ocean view. The location is perfect—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Pantai Cenang beach. Plus, there are several supermarkets right across the street that stay open until 1 AM, which was super convenient. All in all, Parkroyal Langkawi delivered a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and service. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

The facilities are first-class, the food is both delicious and varied, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and elegance. We left with wonderful memories and would recommend this hotel 100%! A very special thank you to Ammar Kevin Eu, who went above and beyond to arrange a ferry for us after we unexpectedly missed the public one. His dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant journey. The location is perfect for sightseeing, dining out, etc. The pool area is really nice and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to return to Penang.
